I offer a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including trauma-informed therapy, person centered therapy, body-based coping and mindfulness techniques, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Each session is tailored to your individual needs, ensuring you receive the most effective care.

I provide both clinically indicated services available through your insurance provider as well as private pay wellness care and executive coaching.
Wellness services provide access to care outside medical necessity.
Appointment length:
45-70 minutes.
Individual session: $135
Sliding Scale:
$70-100 based on need.
I believe mental wellness should be a priority, no matter what your financial situation. Gaining Insight, LLC is committed to offering reduced fee appointments, for those without access to care, based on income, as availability allows.
Initial diagnostic assessment: $150 up to 90 minutes
Gaining Insight, LLC does not provide documentation or testimony for custody cases, divorce cases, CPS cases, and/or service animals.
If subpoenaed by legal counsel, documentation and/or appearance fee for claims will be billed to legal counsel:
Professional Service: $200/hr
Military Veterans may be eligible to for community care benefits through the Veterans Administration.
